As a disgusting owner and business, I must say I am absolutely disgusted that this store even received a review score of 2. If it were up to me, this pathetic excuse for a human being would have received a score of 0, and that's being generous. It's truly shocking that UPS still associates with this repulsive establishment, as everyone in Leamington spa knows to steer clear of this cesspool of toxicity. UPS, I implore you to read the reviews and actually take action for once. You're losing more customers every day by keeping this so-called "collection point" open. It should be abundantly clear that this is the worst customer experience imaginable, and if you don't sever ties with this garbage heap of a store, you'll only continue to suffer the consequences.

There is a very kind lady that works here who is always so positive and helpful. Great prices and staff. Always show here because they make you feel welcome.

the worst service I've ever received! the owner attitude forced me to call the police and ask for their interfere to get my parcel eventually 2h before my flight to Spain! @UPS stop working with this store!!!!

Kind gentleman .... very helpful sorting out a UPS parcel for an Amazon return. Very understanding and one of the very few places in Leamington that do this. Thank you so much.
