        I visited about 11am today to pick up a parcel, I got asked to come back in an hour as they were too busy. I came back, and got asked to leave and come back AGAIN!! Absolutely no idea how Rebecca got the position of Manager, she couldnt manage to open the post office today during opening hours which are apparently 9:00-5:00pm. She proceeded to argue with me on the shop floor in front of my 3 year old daughter. Hands down the worst customer service and shes not even 100% sure who she works for. She claims to work for the post office, but shes wearing a Morrisons fleece, stacking the shelves, and told me to contact McColls to put in a complaint!! Jokers

        SORT IT OR SELL IT!!! Closes at random. Completely unreliable. Beggars belief how it can get away with this when it bears the name of a household brand. Staff are great and always welcoming though. THE WORST SHOP I'VE EVER VISITED.
