Adam and Dan at Thelo are a breath of fresh air. We have had quite a lot of work done on our house recently and used many different trades people and these guys were a pleasure to deal with, I wish we had found them earlier. Their professionalism, advice and attention to detail was greatly appreciated, even sorting out other trades peoples mistakes. We are so happy with the finished job.

Wow! What can I say. Adam and Dan were an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Initially from support with the design, through to costings and the overall finish. As someone who had never been part of an extension before their patience and eye for detail was great to ensure we achieved the finish we were after within our budget. 100% reliable, even giving up weekends to ensure that when the weather wasn't kind they stayed on schedule. We could always get hold of them on the phone when we needed too before, during and after the project. There were no surprises with additional costs as Thelo were honest and up front from the start, and our project came in on time and in budget. Thelo are well connected with other trades so it was seamless to find other quality tradespeople that we could trust including electricians and kitchen fitters. The Thelo team were always happy, smiley and extremely polite with everyone to ensure that there were never any conflicts. Our neighbors loved them too. Although pleased that the extension was complete, we were really sad to say goodbye to Adam and Dan whom had been a joy to see and work with everyday.

Adam, Dan and the team did an amazing job for us and we are really happy with the results. A 3rd party built a conservatory and Thelo did all the groundwork, retaining walls, surrounding paths and a raised seating area. Adam helped us navigate the whole build from start to finish and nothing was ever too much trouble. We were impressed how Adam kept us up to date at all times with what was happening with deliveries, skip etc, and his advice was invaluable on how to make the best use of the area to maximise our vision. Adam also sourced samples for us and was very patient while we made our minds up, offering his expertise to ensure we got the best value for money and the price quoted was extremely reasonable with no surprises at the end. The quality of the final build is to a very high standard and has been commented on by other professionals and it's clear when talking to Adam and Dan they want to give their customers the best possible experience. They came to site when they said they would and tidied up everything at the end of the day. All the team were friendly, respectful and a pleasure to have on site even when the weather was against them and we would have no hesitation in recommending them and we will be using them again in the future.

Thelo design did a great job on the refurbishment of our 40-year old rear extension. What was a dark box with poor access was transformed into a practical bright space which brings the outdoors inside with deep glass windows and bifold doors. We appreciated Thelo's careful attention to detail, from the initial consultation to the final decoration, and their safe working. In particular we appreciated their ongoing communication with us throughout the process of planning, preparation, building and completing the work, and felt that the house was safe in their hands. The team also worked closely with building control on inspections at key points so that the completion and electrical certificates were both delivered promptly at the end of the project.
