Avoid avoid avoid! Used these for my kitchen and bathroom and entrusted them with a key to my home while we went on holiday (still not received the key back). On our return for holiday expecting a completion, none of the downstairs lighting worked. We checked fuse breaker box which was fine, changed bulbs and they didn't work. Had to call council repairs. Went upstairs to see the bathroom and they had fitted my previous shower on the wall as agreed but the pipe work wasn't connected and the dial missing on the shower meaning we couldn't use it anyway! Contacted Lovell who 'claimed' to have a photograph of missing dial before they took it down. 1 I am wondering why they took the picture... 2 they are liars because there was nothing wrong with that shower when we left. They had tossed it on my landing though and I had twice moved it back to the bathroom. They 100% lost or broke my shower and refuse responsibility. I can't prove they did but they can't prove they didn't either they are liars! I stressed the importance of having our shower back and working asap, we have 3 children, girls with long hair, also a child in full receipt of DLA and Autism needs. Not mobility but the highest care needs, we need that shower! The boss then rang me to say because I have told him I have a child with needs it now needs to go through Ocupational therapist to decide should we need one! I had to put the phone down as couldn't listen to his rubbish any longer. Complete and utter cowboys! I already had a shower and they broke it so they should solve the issue! They have now started a war with me so bring it on!
