        A tiny screw had fallen off the base of the chassis of my Lenovo laptop. Took it in to see if they could fix it. Not only did they fix it in 5 minutes, but they didn't charge me anything to do it because it was such a small job! I appreciate it and will definitely go to them if I have any big jobs that need doing on our computers.
