Recieved a huge quote for a 20 page document to print (9 a copy), so was looking forward to seeing the proof of what they had come up with. When I returned a day later, not only was the quality something close to a GCSE students coursework book but they'd printed all 20 copies with out my approval. When I requested rectifying they refused and further refused a refund. Absolutely baffled.
I wouldn't recommend for professional print. Possibly use for low level photo copies. But search around. These are not by any mean operating in a high standard environment. And I echo that of the below - rude doesn't cover it.
