First time visit, no queue although cafe did look busy. Stood waiting to be served with no acknowledgement we had been seen by the one person stood behind the till or the 3 other staff that came out from the back so left.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! I go there every weekend and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. But what really sets this place apart is the quality of the coffee. They have an amazing selection of coffee blends and they're all delicious! Plus, their baked goods are top-notch - I highly recommend the croissants. Overall, I can't recommend this coffee shop enough. It's the perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out!

Why do companies employ young people and fail to give them proper training. It all went down hill from the moment we walked in, is it table service? Do you order at the counter? So we ordered food at the counter as no one told us otherwise. When the young person finally got to our table with our order (after asking just about everyone else in the cafe if it was their food) more disappointment, the toast was warm bread, toppings were pretty small on portion size. And to make it even better no cutlery. Just a lack of training, the management needs to up their game.
