Horrible coffee and overpriced pastries!

Awful cappuccino - half full (I'd ordered large and normally it's full to the brim), scalding hot and staff member couldn't speak a word of English. No time to take it back as a train to catch. Even the Bite Card discount doesn't soften the blow. The more expensive coffee place on platform 3 is a better option.
