Liz was great today. Liz was recommended by 2 different sources. Liz is very knowledgeable and very approachable. I am only 1 session in with another booked in a few days but so far I am very happy with the service, even the receptionist was lovely.

Id been suffering for 9 months with my back and didnt know where to turnI stumbled across the practice and decided to give them a call. The receptionists were polite and friendly and managed to fit me in. The building is warming and relaxing and put me at ease. Ive been seeing Liz weekly for over a month now and I went from hobbling in on my first day to last week walking in with a spring in my step. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Liz and this practice to anyone, for me- its honestly been life changing. Thanks Liz and team!

Had a great massage today with Beth I do lot of power lifting shoulders were tight & knotted Beth got them all out feel great now

I went to see Liz for neck and shoulder pain, my first session went very well and Liz has helped alleviate a lot of stiffness and pain. Would highly recommend!
