I've had on-and-off issues with my shoulder and back for a number of years. I hadn't been to a chiropractor since before Covid. I've been having appointments with Kash for the last 3 months and I couldn't recommend him enough. He's helped improve my range of movement in my neck and shoulders and reduced all the aches and pains massively. Reasonably priced, super friendly, and always books me in for an appointment to suit me.

I have neck and back pain issues due to my desk-based design work and contacted Kash who fitted me in really quickly. He put me at ease straight away, is such a nice guy and takes a real interest in finding the root cause of issues and explaining/offering suggestions if you'd like to know more about cause and prevention. He never finishes a session without checking I'm happy and we've covered what I needed to focus on. Kash provides a personal and genuine service and I've recommended him to my friends.

My lower back was so sore I struggled to walk, in one session Kash almost eliminated all pain. He made me feel at ease, was kind and considerate. I had two more sessions and no problem after. Kash also gave me great advice to avoid the same thing happening in the future. Highly recommended!
