        Excellent, I found Carolines workshops hugely informative/insightful in preparing for our first child. We also did NCT classes but found this one one time useful in reinforcing the same messages but it also allowed us to go into much more detail on specific areas of hypn-birthing. 5/5.

        Great class, learnt a gentle massage routine accompanied with nursery rhymes for baby which he really enjoys and now I can use the techniques at home! Caroline is lovely! Definitely recommend to any new mums!
