        As a family group we hired the Saltie II from the Trust for a lovely day out on the canal to celebrate a birthday. Weather, the boat, the canal and the day was really enjoyable. The only complaint we have is the guy at the Trust who dealt with us could not really have been more miserable and unhelpful if he'd tried. I don't know his name as he didn't even bother to introduce himself and rather spoilt the day for us. If you're looking for that Midlands welcome and renowned friendliness, look elsewhere.
