Positives:
- The food was really nice, we had lots of guests tell us they enjoyed it & the vegetarians / vegans appreciated the well thought out non-meat option
- You arrived on time & started to get all set up with limited input needed from me / my partner
Negatives:
- We expected more friendly service for the amount we paid & the fact it was a wedding. I was surprised at the end of your service when I came to say thank you that you didn't know that I was the bride & I'm assuming you didn't know who the groom was because of the point below. I would recommend that it is a priority at weddings to ensure you know who the bride / groom are as soon as you arrive.
- There were two situations where our guests were told "no"; one was the groom (!) who asked for fries & was told there were none left, and the other was a friend who wanted some condiments but was told no because they had just been packed up (easily in reach to quickly grab).
- I wasn't asked at any point if everyone was okay / anything else needed / etc. which would have been a nice check in before you finished service

I think one way that these guys could improve is in the communication before the event, it was us that would be getting in touch offering numbers and for final payment which having never met them did concern us a little. But they were reliable and when you did speak to them were professional and friendly.

After our wedding, about 6 weeks ago, I emailed my thoughts to Adam, but am yet to receive a response. We also had long delays between emails in the weeks before the wedding and were made to feel very anxious when Adam emailed asking for a copy of our booking confirmation 4 days before the wedding. He also was vocally negative about site access even though he was the only supplier who did not do a site visit.
Positives:
- Lots of food (more on this though)
- A few of the waiting staff were really friendly
- Adam was happy to update menu when our ideas changed over the course of wedding planning.
- Adam was happy to do a menu tasting (at an extra cost)
Negatives:
- Two vegan guests were not catered for and told the bride did not order for you despite two emails, a verbal conversation and a detailed seating plan with dietary requirements outlined.
- Agreed canap menu not served (we arent sure about the correct quantity either)
- Sharing starter was not exactly as agreed menu described
- Skin on wedges were wedges found in freezer aisle at most supermarkets
- Frozen cheesecake served to guests (including bride)
