we put a deposit down and went to get the car the same day and the car had been sold and the garage are now ignoring all messages and calls about getting the deposit back. not happy, do not go here.

We bought a used Mokka from this dealership, it was in great condition with not many miles on the clock, and we were given a fair price for the vehicle we traded in. I don't like pushy sales people so I was delighted to find exactly the opposite when we visited. One thing I particularly liked is that they listened (which isn't always the case in this industry), and we got exactly what we asked for. We were looked after by Rash, and he had the whole thing sorted within three or four days with the minimum of fuss. They are a knowledgeable and friendly team, and when we are ready to swap the Mokka it will be our first port of call.

Firstly a big thank you to Sam Butler for all his help in purchasing my used car. The process was very smooth and he even came in on his day off for the handover as I couldnt make it any other time. The car being purchased was cheaper than my own car and the difference was credited back into my account the same day, would highly recommend this dealership. Many thanks.
