As soon as you walk in the place smells bad - like urine. Very unclean. Baby area is poor and chaotic - bigger kids running around. Expensive food and drinks. Also saw a staff member come out of a toilet cubicle and not wash her hands - she then immediately served food.

Quite dirty and smelly, toilets not very clean. 5 minimum card spend. Car parking is crazy, blocking people in. Saw a staff member leave the bathroom without washing their hands and then immediately serve food to customers. Plenty of food/snacks options.

I must preface this by saying I despise soft play centres with a passion and would rather dig my eyes out with a spoon than go to one. However we had our Daughters birthday party (6y/o) and it was brilliant, the staff were really friendly, attentive and helpful, everything was well organised and the kids had a great time. The food provided for the kids was varied and had lots of healthy options. They catered for our dietary needs too (veggie options for the kids food and soya milk for the free teas and coffees). A lovely touch was a present for the birthday girl at the end. The car park arrangement is a bit strange when it's busy but again that's a minor thing

I visited here yesterday with my 18 month year old nephew. He absolutely loved it and plenty for him to do! It was clean and the best thing about it is the staff! They are absolutely lovely and the owner came to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. Really thoughtful and had a lovely chat with the girl, I didn't catch her name. So lovely and will definitely be back! Thank you for a lovely visit!

Once upon a time, I came with my own children, now it's the next generation. Packed and as fantastic as memory told me.
