I worked with Anne over 3 sessions on the Stuck to Inspired coaching and mentoring programme. I have to say I found it a truly inspiring and motivating and it did just that. Anne helped me clarify my goals and set down new strategies while also encouraging me to reframe my creative approach to my work. I approached Anne to help me as I had attended a number of interviews but was not getting job offers. Anne had a great package specifically for this. We worked through the feedback I had received and the role I was to be interviewed for. We discussed strategies and what I needed to work on and prepare. We had a mock interview and Anne provided lots of feedback and suggestions for improvement. I was really impressed by the amount of preparation that Anne did and also her willingness to take questions and provide support around the formal sessions. Anne was very pragmatic, supportive and came up with some really useful suggestions, and ideas for how to address issues which I was finding difficult and to better sell my skills and knowledge. It was really brilliant working with Anne and the proof is in the pudding - I was offered the job!
