        Mathew was very good. He listened to the problems we were having with the boiler, diagnosed the problem and fixed the boiler speedily. He gave good advice to prevent a recurrence. The staff on the phone were also very good An all round excellent experience and good value for money.

        Engineer Gary was wonderful! He took his shoes off before coming in, always a plus and was polite knowledgeable and fixed my boiler he explained everything as he went. He cleared up all mess before leaving, a real gent. Thank you Gary!
