Im not someone to write reviews often but Ben in the workshop and his colleague (I didnt get his name) deserve a medal. Im doing my first triathlon this weekend and had loads of logistical setbacks in the past two weeks. But Ben and the other young lad in the shop really saved me. Ben fitted my bike for me and with the smallest adjustments made a huge difference. He then even helped me pack my bike into a bike box which I am renting from a different place. Theyre both incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about cycling and I dont think Id be on my way to this triathlon right now if it wasnt for them!! I will definitely be back to finish fitting my bike and giving it a good service. Thank you so so much!!

I took my bike in with a snapped gear cable. Ben gave me great advice and then fixed it within an hour. This is top customer service.

The breaks on my daughters bike were not working. The nice man in the shop sorted them out for me immediately and gave amazing service. Thank you!

Excellent service from Scott and Ben who did a brilliant repair job on my grandson's bike. I would definitely go back as the staff were extremely friendly and helpful
