        Turned up for my appointment on 1st November after leaving work early and driving an hour, for a cut and colour ready for my 40th birthday party that weekend. Upon arrival I was told that oh no, Louise is off sick today and we did call you four times to let you know and thought it was weird that you didnt call back. I asked to check the number they were calling and it wasnt mine- who knows who they called? They did offer me appointments later that week on Thursday and Friday, but during the day when I would be at work and it was too short notice for me to try to arrange more time off work. I was told that I would be called back to rearrange my appointment as soon as they could talk to Louise. Four weeks later Im still waiting for that call. I cancelled my birthday party and wont be returning to this salon. Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling
