Moreover, the manager's lack of concern for anything but herself was disappointing. I felt ignored when I raised my concerns and issues, and it was clear that my wellbeing and success were not priorities for her.
To make matters worse, I experienced workplace bullying from my colleagues. Despite bringing this to management's attention, no action was taken to address the situation.
As a result of these issues, I had no choice but to leave my job voluntarily. I am extremely disappointed in the company's management and overall workplace culture. I would not recommend working here.
