        What a shambles this branch is! Lovely young chap on the front desk dealing with as much as he could, Not enough staff in the branch and a severe lack of systems and processes in place. Sat waiting 45 minutes just to transfer some money that I was not able to do via the app. Really disappointing Barclays.

        Says they are open until 4:30pm! On Thursday they were closed at 2:30pm when I got there! Seriously lazy people work there! They might as well start scrounging on benefits if they dont want to work there! A chocolate teapot is more useful than the bank opening times these days! Absolutely pathetic

        I want to say Massive thank you to Ruth. Excellent customer service, very patient and helpful. Definitely right person in the right place. Ive been in this branch many times but never got such a great customer service. So many bad reviews but I cant give less than 5 stars People like Ruth making this place welcome.
