Very disappointing unfriendly service today. I had a rather special printing job of a commissioned portrait for a family funeral to be printed on textured art paper for all members of the family. The response was a dismissive go and look at photo printing by the door - when I returned to the counter to discuss further, I just got ignored and eventually left. My family and I will not be returning. Unfriendly is bad for business. Excellent response from Regent Print and Frame instead.

Have visited this gallery a number of times to view exhibition and have also have had some work printed and framed would highly recommend them

Arts Trail and Custodian Gerry Smith are arguably the best printers and framers available locally. Arts Trail offer a service, that covers Exhibition space for local artists, framing, scanning, printing and all bespoke. I have had nothing but professional quality interactions that have gone above and beyond expectation. It's a space that contributes to the community, while providing affordable art to local collectors and art lovers alike. Truly an Amazing place that is after all runned by volunteers and, One Highly dedicated Custodian Gerry Smith I Salute you Sir a true Art lover with an implacable eye for detail.
