We appointed Unity to help us with our latest commercial site development project based upon their detailed experience of dealing with such projects from inception through feasibility, outline planning, reserved matters and detailed planning and their ability to work with Project Managers to see the underlying building established in full compliance with the requirements of the various authorities. Our experience with Unity Architects has been outstanding. Jason has worked with us to achieve a design which is beyond what we could have envisaged, taking into account not only the best use of space and light, but our lifestyle requirements and the natural flow between different rooms. Jason has managed the timeline of events, responded promptly to queries and kept the project on track, including liaising with the planning department . The planning permission went through without a single hitch due to Jason's thoughtful design which maximised the potential of our development whilst achieving a "considerate design and use of modern material" as stated by the planning department. His eye fore detail and open-minded approach is something which cannot be underestimated. We would and have recommended Unity Architects without hesitation.
