The engineer took signal readings using his equipment and condemned our aerial without carrying out any tests on our existing system whatsoever.
We were told that we had trees blocking the signal and a new aerial would be required on a long pole to clear the trees in the distance.
As we all know trees grow so unsure if we would be expected to get a longer aerial pole as the trees grow over the years.
We asked if the aerial could be pointed in the same direction as our neighbours only to be told that the fixings where seized.
We have had another tradesman out that has adjusted the existing aerial back to the correct position and got a reading of 60db across 3 networks.
Disappointed, to say the least.
