Booked my sons 9th birthday party here. Absolutely brilliant experience and our party host Frankie was fantastic. Frankie kept an eye on all the children and ensured they were looked after. Frankie couldnt be more helpful. Would definately reccomend parties here and the kids enjoyed the new slide park also.

We booked our daughters 7th birthday here and I cannot praise Tom our party host enough. He was so attentive and helpful. The Venue was very clean and plenty of friendly staff around. However the central booking line was shocking. We found out the day before the party that they had made an error in the original booking and called us to say the booking was wrong . Also we added on the unlimited icecream at2.95 per child,which was advertised on our booking confirmation . This is not correct it is normally a small tub but today at the party they had ran out so we were offered a fruit lolly. I was very disappointed to say the least, especially when I added on the icecream the central booking line said it was unlimited.

Our kids enjoy the Friday night take over, we attended last Friday and the young lady on the desk Paige was very smiley and friendly. During the evening Paige was very sociable with the children on the trampolines too. The other staff where just as friendly and created a good atmosphere for the children.
