We received excellent service yesterday from Darren and Tom from Phoenix when they came to transport our elderly mother from Warwickshire to Wiltshire. They were both so friendly and reassuring, making her very comfortable in preparation for the journey, chatting to her and treating her with the utmost respect. I have no hesitation in recommending the high quality of service provided on transporting my 81 year old mum who has cancer, COPD and high anxiety over 400 miles and approximately 8 hours from Scotland to Southampton. Nothing was too much trouble from Darren and Tracey who were very professional, caring and very sensitive to mums requirements during the journey. Top class service. Very friendly also

Quick response and highly professional - Guy and the team at Phoenix made my mom' s transfer from hospital to home go very smoothly. It was a very stressful time for me and Phoenix were reliable and kind. I can't thank you enough and would recommend this company to everyone.
