Leamington Spa Taxis - Airport Taxis Transfers

Great service, smart, really comfortable cars. I booked using their online form the day before and it was great they were waiting outside for my 5am pick up to Birmingham airport. I also paid online using the link they emailed after confirmation. I received the confirmation very quickly after submitting the request (within 10mins).

Booked a taxi to Heathrow Airport, received confirmation email, everything OK. On the morning of the departure no taxi showed up and nobody answered the phone. I had to take my own car to catch the flight. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Don't book with them!!!

I booked a taxi to go the airport for Sunday at 7:30. The taxi did not show up and nobody replied to the phone number that we were provided. At the end we had to take our own car.

The driver was on time but the car stunk and was in need of repair, annoying noise at the back and brakes squeaking. I told the driver to stop before the Premium drop off, needed a walk, but he wouldn't. I insisted 3 more times, he said yes, nodded but kept driving. Quite an unpleasant journey, wouldn't recommend this taxi company.

Driver rang me to say he was ready for us to call him . The conveyor belt got jammed at brum airport so we was delayed and he was fine with it even at 3am . Exellent service guys and thanks to the driver whos name i forget
