From the moment that we made contact with Kane through to the hand over of the system following installation, the level of responsiveness and professionalism were out standing. This is the first time that I have ever needed to have an Air Conditioning/Heating system replaced so was very unsure as to how the process worked, but was very grateful for Kane's explanation and comforting words!! Kane came to our offices and talked us through the work that needed to be done. He followed it up with a detailed quote with some different options that were all explained. Upon confirmation that he had won the assignment Kane was quick to act and got the equipment ordered and delivered to site in a much shorter time period than I had ever imagined. On site the office was covered in dust sheets and disruption kept to a minimum. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and Kane kept me up to date regularly with the progress that was being made. The system was then commissioned and hand over completed.
