Tesco Express

Usually the staff are really lovely about drop offs and pick ups for evri. Just went in at 8:30 pm for a drop off. Asian, 30s, brunette, with small white patch at the front with glasses incredibly rude. Incredibly rude tone, says we don't do it. Though on the website it's a drop off, I did a drop off last week. He kept cutting me off.rasied his boiler. All while I'm trying to understand why I can't drop off. Didn't raise my voice or nothing. Angry guy who shouldn't be in customer facing job

Lovely staff all round ! Its so convenient to have this Tesco in the area. As theres no other shops/supermarkets near by. Always a pleasure visiting this Tesco I love chatting with the staff !

For the past week the cool shelves have been empty with notices saying they are running too hot. While I accept this happens, to still be so after a week is not acceptable. The shop, which used to be reasonable if somewhat limited, is now just a wine shop where you can get some fruit and biscuits. Tesco need to extract the digit for this recently refurbished shop, or just close it down. As things stand few would notice the difference!

Unprofessional staff, miserable manager. He doesnt listen to you as a customer and this affects his staff- customer service absolute zero. Very bad Tesco branch to go, messy store and very bad customer service.
