They arent professional. If I had to describe my experience with them I would say : -Water leak for 3 months and nobody came at the beginning, - the Doorbell wasnt working when I arrived and I had to wait 6 months just to fix it!!!!!!!!!! - When I signed the contract with them, I didnt know that 5 months of refurbishment was programmed... they told me that they will start at 10, but it wasnt true, they started at about 8 every morning, even when I had exams. - Very Poor Communication( e-mail, phone,etc..)
