121 reformer pilates with Diana has given me new results I've not seen with other training. Diana is supporting my recovery from a cervical spine and injury - with the reformer, she has made me stronger and more confident. I highly recommend Diana's experience, holistic approach and personal focus.

I can not thank Diana more for all what I have achieved. Her knowledge and technique are spot on but her best tool is her understanding of how the body works. I have not only toned up, I have not more back pain, sleep better and I feel great! Thank you!
