        "I recently had an eye test at, vision express and I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Not only was the test more expensive than I had anticipated, but the staff also pressured me into doing additional tests that I didn't feel were necessary. I came in expecting a simple contact lens exam, but I was told that I needed to undergo extra tests that would cost me even more money. When I questioned the need for these tests, the staff were dismissive and insistent that I undergo them. I was told at the beginning of the test that it would cost me 25 and at the end when they made me paid 60 for test that I did not need. I left my appointment with no prescription for contact lens which was my priority..
