Came into store today to inquire on a few prices, I was met by Priya, a bubbly character who couldnt have been more helpful. Ive had such a bad experience in previous opticians and Priya has restored my faith! She told me the process of ordering my new bespoke glasses and has been more than helpful! An absolute credit to your team! Definitely a keeper! I cant wait to come back and order my glasses! Thank you Priya!

Very knowledgeable and caring staff and first-class quality in frames and lenses. The bespoke option is expensive but takes spectacle-wearing to a different level from off-the -shelf products.

Very expensive disappointment. Planned a trip to measure bespoke glasses. Was promised 1) perfectly fitting glasses. During measuring, at least 5 times it was mentioned that i should ignore lens sizes, they were promised to be be larger in end result. 2) engraved text in temple, 3) shipping notice. Reality; 1) frame is a minimum of 1 cm (10%) to small, lenses are not wide enough. As a consequence glasses look like swim goggles. Prior to wearing, hinges are loose, temples are extremely wide, only wearable if you don't move your head. 2) nothing was engraved and 3) too late and without any notice the parcel arrived. This might sound like knitpicking but if you charge 650, it might be fair that one assumes that promises are met. In all fairness, when i expressed my disappointment, i was offered twice to revisit the store for corrections. This will cost me 400 travelcosts and a day traveling. But somewhere down the line i lost my appetite to follow up on that offer.
