I popped into this salon to get my dipping powder extensions removed off my nails, assuming it would cost 8-10 pounds, as that's the standard price for that service at most salons in the area. I take partial accountability for not asking the price up front, and they didn't openly offer what it would cost either. I'd like to note that I also only needed this on 6 nails, as the rest did not have the polish. Once they were finished in about 20-25 minutes, they told me it would be 30 pounds, which is literally the price of a manicure, which I didn't get. I asked if I could at least get my nails painted if they were going to charge such a high price, and they said no. For reference, previous removal with a full dipping powder overlay on my nails at my usual salon costs 43 pounds. I was shocked and they would not budge on the charge, and were also quite rude. I'm always happy to pay for the level of service I'm getting, but 30 pounds for taking off my polish is insane. Please don't waste your money at this place, it's such a scam, and it feels like they make up the prices as they go along. Service: Polish removal

Absolutely one of the rudest salons I have ever visited in my entire life. The moment I walked in the lady that was doing my nails was absolutely rude to me for one hour straight. She deliberately scratched my skin in anger (for no reason) she used the electric nail machine and injure my skin on several accessions and yanked my hand very hard in anger on several accessions. I asked her to make sure my nails were straight and looked symmetrical, she was so rude and handed me the nail fine and proceeded to tell me to file my own nails. I then reacted to her unacceptable abuse and told her to act professionalShe refused to proceed with my nails and very rudely handed me to a wonderful Indian lady. She was absolutely amazing and made me feel like a customer, not a criminal. I am very angry and feel great need to leave an awful review, this lady should not have the privilege to keep her job. I came all the was from Dubai and carefully selected your salon. I was treated like a criminal for absolutely no reason. Please check your records for a customer named Lauren who came in the salon on the 29th of December at 6:15pm for shellac removal and re application. (Check cameras) Please tell the rude lady to get another job or I will be taking this abuse further. She made rude remarks that is was closing time and insisted to the Indian lady that was doing my nails that it was late. It was her fault the nails took 2 hours and she was being very aggressive. I know the owners are Egyptian as Ive asked. Please ask the Indian lady and she will inform you what person is treating your customers like criminals and abusing them and deliberately injuring their skin. Shocking!!!!! Service: Gel manicures

This place was amazing me and my best friend came here and the service was amazing and the nails look stunning i loved this place so much! :)
