        I bought hoop earrings for 150. One fell out within a few weeks of wearing it. Clearly the clasp wasn't secure enough. Had to pay 75 to have it replaced. Not impressed but I suppose a nice way for them to make money.

        Great service on the day, healing well and really like my earrings (although they cost a small fortune). However, Ive never had a screw based twist earring before. I wish they had explained this in store and shown me how to remove them. I needed to remove them for a scan and it was a nightmare trying to get them out without knowing this.
