        In shop purchase on 28th April in King's Road branch, very good experience. Polite, friendly and helpful assistant (showed me multiple options of what I was after and very patient and polite) nice atmosphere, would recommend.

        I was honestly shocked by how bad this company works. First my online order was late taking over 3 weeks to arrive, when I called customer service they kept saying that I need to wait 10 business days to pass before they look into it. After they started the investigation I finally received the parcel but when I tried to return it in store (with all labels available and receipt) they said that they are not able to process it because they have separate systems and the only option is that I send it back by post which means it will take them another 3 weeks to process. I will never buy with this company again. Additionally the bras have a system that always brakes.
