Shockingly bad. We drove over to Kings Road specifically to go to Geox. Rather surprisingly there was a control barrier across the door - I cant think of any other shops that still have that. Nevertheless we waited patiently for someone to let us in. Despite at least two staff members looking directly at us nobody bothered to even speak to us much less let us in. Eventually after several minutes a staff member did approach us but instead of letting admitting us she said could we move further outside onto the pavement. We asked why we couldnt come in and were told Government guidelines. That is nonsense and insulting. There were only 3 or 4 customers in the shop. We wont be back

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff Carla and Emanuele helped us choose some really comfortable shoes. We bought two pairs each! Surprised to see some of the negative reviews about service here, as it is ten times better than at a similar shoe store a few doors down, which shall not be named.... Thank you, I am excited for the summer to wear my sandals .
