Returned a dress as it didn't fit well (despite measuring myself against the size guide) and had to pay 10 for a return courier. That on top of the delivery charge has left me very unlikely to order again. I understand why they don't want to do free returns, but as it's mainly an online business, subsidising the returns to make them the same price as delivery and sending out return labels to customers would make the shopping experience better.

Went to Lavershot Barnes and was pleasantly surprised to find an Aspiga shop there. Lovely lady working there, and lovely to be able to try things on. My husband was able to sit in a very comfortable area while I Iooked around. I bought 2 blouses which I had seen online
