This little health shop is great, mainly because of Paul. This guy is like a health encyclopaedia! He knows his stuff and is super helpful towards all customers. He will never rush and explains everything in details. He actually got me out of my misery a few months ago just by advising which supplements to take. He is super helpful. I highly recommend this place. The only thing thats disappointing is that the are always out of stock and it takes week sometimes months to get certain products back on the shelves. Management should look into this. I order the products online from different places now because im tired of waiting.

Usually my father and I shop at the revital at Wigmore streeet. My mum purchased some items at this store a few weeks ago with cash and forgot to ask for a receipt. She purchased the wrong items, so we called and asked if it was possible to exchange the products for other products without the receipt, the lady in the phone said yes. Today my dad and I were passing by the store on the way back home. The lady on this store gave us the worst possible customer service we have ever had. She first agreed, and then changed her mind, said she could not do anything without a receipt. Then said I needed to ask my mum what was the exact date and the exact time she made the purchase, then said without the receipt nothing could be done. No consistency, and beyond that it was the treatment and attitude displayed to my father and I, she was interrogating us and treating us as if we had committed a felony! All over two or three items!!! Absolutely dismayed at the way this lady treated us today. Avoid this store like the plague! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
