        Very disappointed. I bought a few presents here for my kids including a clock which stopped working after 2 weeks! Despite all proof sent via emails, the company refused to reimburse me, only willing to provide me with credit for my next purchase, but only in the UK. I live in Spain so this was not helpful. In fact it's very inconsiderate. If they realize this clock was faulty, why won't they reimburse me?
