Had a problem with my credit card and the staff was very patient and helpful, even though I showed up 30 minutes before close on a Friday evening.

Id like to congratulate them on the impressive breakthrough in customer service, by combining arrogance, rudeness and stupidity, seamlessly and consistently. Its been almost half year and I still cannot change my address. Went to this branch at least 5 times, the staff kept repeating the same mistake, even if I told them it didnt work last time. No any update in between, you have to call and wait long time for the same answer. Every time there is a small queue in the branch, but need to wait for about 1 hour due to the low efficiency. Most of the staff were impatient (except 1 lady). Wanted to file a complaint, after 15 mins taking my info, you have to stay online, I dont know how long you should wait, to speak to our complaint manager, I cant file this complaint for you

Slowest service and lack of care for the poor clients that decided to walk in. The bank processes are old and slow and the people working there reflect that.

Most amazing customer service by Fanuel and Riaz I cannot rate them highly enough very professional, courteous, helpful and polite also very funny they must be comedians in their spare time lol but seriously this is this the best branch of Lloyds Bank I have visited they treated me like a Queen thanks so much #Jody aServiceAngel
