        First impression was great, I found an empty bank in London with bank clerks and cashiers, all able to help at once. The first bank that Ive visited that has countless staff hanging around at the counters and floating around the branch. But the experience was short lived, as I soon found when I approached somebody who was patronising beyond belief. Youd think with idling surplus employees, in a sector fast losing branches to online banking, that they would be happy with every day of continued employment, but instead they come across like middle aged Sloane Rangers with only arrogance and plenty of time to offer the occasional passing NatWest customer.

        Wonderful branch, friendly team, just like branch banking used to be in the old days. Oasis of calm. I wish all branches of all banks were like this! Highly recommended. August 2022
