        I love my Nars foundation and i came in to the store to get some help because the bottle of foundation doesnt have a pump on it. Also the the bottle lid inside has its seal broken and the liquid was wasted in there. I came to ask for help. Again i love this product. But the lady treated me horribly in front of all the other customers. I felt so humiliated and upset because she was accusing me for coming for a customer service problem. Only to find out later that they sell pumps separately and i managed to get one there eventually with a very very rude sales person calling me rude because i addressed my issue with the foundation bottle function. She really needs to be trained and not to treat people like that. Such a shame in such a nice area and business she does that to people. :(
