Joshua Ellis at Hamptons was excellent. He is so kind and friendly. He found me a flat very quickly. When i ask something about paper works and the other things about property via e-mail he answers in 5 minutes. This really amazing. He is the best :) thank you again.

I am a renter with Hamptons, and I really enjoyed my initial experience with them. First, they only provided one key when I moved in, and the porter was concerned that they did not have a spare. I had an incident where a maintenance worker gave my key to the porter and gave me the wrong apartment number. Leaving me completely stranded out of my apartment. I ended up having to book a hotel to wait for the porter who was on duty to come in the next day and tell us that they told him a different apartment number. I had to pay an unnecessary expense out of pocket. When I tried getting Hamptons involved, they were not responsive and still have not offered any solution or help in the matter.

Hamptons Sloane street are fantastic. We recently moved to a rented accommodation with them and the process was seamless. Jada in particular was so helpful every step of the way. Recommend them highly

Jada maintained a good balance between professionalism and affability, she was very attentive and quick to respond. The whole process of renting a property went very smoothly with Hamptons and we couldn't have asked for any better service.
