Space NK Duke of York

Ive been a SpaceNK customer for years, and this is the first branch Ive been to where the staff were incredibly rude. Id asked if they stocked a particular product (many branches do) and she said no. She didnt even go to check on the stand, or on her computer (which is what happens in every other SpaceNK branch Ive been to across London). This was my first visit to this particular branch, and Id not looked at the reviews. I wish I had before making the trip, I can see why there are so many negative reviews about the attitude of the staff here.

This is unfortunately my local shop but i try to avoid it because of the awful service. Horrible attitude that just makes the whole experience so uncomfortable and awkward

Visited here numerous times and its always been a dreadful experience. The way the staff behave in this store is absolutely disgusting! I walked in and the lady standing by the door just looked me up and down, I had to say hello to her. They always make sure to give attention to the white customers, even though I was clearly looking and asking for help with something. I decided not to spend my money here and go elsewhere. If youre a person of colour, go elsewhere as well.

I already had a bad experience in this store a few years ago and I got the same again. It's a retail store and they act like they're superior to you. If you are not part of the affluent Chelsea, the staff should still serve you. I had to ask for help and I'm sure I had a manager watching me test a blush and didn't ask if I needed assistance. However, I got to the till and she some how then serves me. Sorry but the Space NK staff need to be trained on what is customer service. It's appalling. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE VISITING A SPACE NK STORE!!!!!
