ECCO Kings Road

BAD AND AWFUL SERVICE ATTITUDE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE! WILL NEVER COME ANYMORE!! I made a collect and pick purchase online and choose to pick at Ecco Kings Road. On 13th July, I was busy at that time so I let my girlfriend to pick for me. The salesman treat her properly and told her my purchase is excellent. Therefore, after I finished doing my things, I decided to buy a new pair for her father. However, when I entred the shop with my shoes on around 5.30pm,13th July to find the salesman. When I was about to asking him can I have another pair of the shoes. He did not wait me to finish speaking, and coldly said it is impossible to return! I just want to buy another pair with larger size! I was really shocked for that terrible attitude, but I still patiently explain that I think the shoes are comfortable and I would like to buy another pair with larger size. But he again interrupted me and coldly said it cannot be exchange. What the hellI have numerous shopping experience in this country and I have never seen such rude sales to their customers! Not to mention that I was not mean to return my items,even if I am, I should not be treated so rudely!

Lovely nice shoe store,well displayed shoes,accessories staff professional and not to intrusive, helpful and excellent at knowledge, been ecco shoe fan for several years and its always good quality comfortable and very much reliable shoes. Having arthritis its important to get correct footwear and ecco one of not many brands who still consistent with their products. Many thanks for Nikeisha for helping me today .

Went there today for a specific men's shoe. We showed the clerk the shoe. We asked if he could get a certain size. He went away and after a few seconds, he came back and said nothing, sorry. We said what about the size in different colors. He said nope. We said what about a size up or down he said nope. Refused to look for any size. I began to think he just didn't want to help so I asked if any other store in London had it he said I don't know. I said can you check. He said no. I went online and the original item in the color and size are in stock, as well as the other colors and other sizes we asked about it.
