Central Health Physiotherapy @ Chelsea

Ali Yeo, is a highly experienced physio therapist and Central Physio os a very well equipped clinic. I had meniscus surgery and with her guidance throughout was able to get back my fitness level pre surgery in the shortest amount of time. She is very knowledgeable and spends time explaining what the problem is and what needs to be done. She is also very personable and it was a pleasure to get to know her and work with her. Thanks Ali.

We have a great time doing therapy with miss Ali . My patient really improved her balance condition by the time being. And it really helps boast her confidence in standing again by her self and she very much satisfied by the result of her therapy with miss Ali yeo.

I had physiotherapy and hydrotherapy for sometimes debilitating back and hip pain. Jack and the team, especially Skye and Emily, were so lovely and welcoming they made it a pleasure to attend. Jack makes physiotherapy fun which is no mean feat and drilled it in to me how important it is to look after myself and gave me the tools to manage any painful flare-ups. I would have no hesitation in recommding central health and would always chose them first for physio.

I saw Catherine Nutt for my shoulder problems. I am really happy with the outcome. She never rushed me into doing more but actually paced the exercises and made sure that the right muscles are being improved. I highly recommend her!
