Im so disappointed with the quality of the boots I bought from for 200 youd expect a boot that would last, but the sole came away within two weeks and due to the poor quality design there wasnt even a way to mend it at a cobblers. For boots to be made to last the sole shouldnt just be glued on. Style over substance, which isnt very stylish if you ask me! Lame

I tried to go to this shop last Saturday. My friend and I opened the door and started walking in, and two staff members inside said sorry, please come back in 10 minutes. I noticed the lights were off, so I assumed maybe there was a maintenance issue? As we walked away, we realised the staff were shooting a reel for social media

Really happy with my visit to this store. The staff member working (Raphael?) was extremely helpful and went out of their way to find the right boots for me. The bad reviews are a shame as they do not reflect the great service here.

Great staff at the store. Shoes are not good and doesn't worth their cost. I wish I'd read comments before. Broke my legs wearing them and next day contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all, told me to go to a cobbler. Went to few and they couldn't help so I ended up throwing them. Very disappointed.

Lack of sizes and styles in the store when I was there. I was told I could order the pair I wanted for a charge of 15 why visit the store at all since I cant even try the pair. Customer services online are usually very attentive though, Ive had a good experience with them
