        Terrible cancellation policy - if you feel ill in the morning and have already booked an evening class more than 12hrs away, you will get charged. How is that realistic for people waking up at a reasonable time (like 8am) who may have booked an evening class (their latest is 7:30 pm) to not get charged if they feel ill in the morning? Honestly this company only cares about money and will tell people to come in even in full knowledge that they may be contagious to others and ruin their experience.

        I am having a terrible experience with this so-called gym. I am not happy about them and i have just had a terrible experience with the front desk girl named Katie, literally smirking at my face. I came 8 min after 11.30 which is my fault but they did not let me in which i find really not fair as far as people pay the money and i have not had this disservice in any other gym i have been before. I do not live near the location so it may happen that for transport reasons any delay can happen but the front desk girl was really rude, having a really satisfying face cause the things went her way. Anyway, this made me really angry and upset but obviously it will reflect on the future decision to follow barrecore as my training gym.
