        I was looking for a place to make an additional hole in YSL belt, it had a specific oval shape hole and i asked via email attaching a picture if they can do exactly the same shape of hole, and answer was yes. After i picked up my belt i was so disappointed. Firstly the shape was just round and not what i asked for. Secondly, they did it so badly, they were not able even centrally align this hole to the rest of holes belt is ruined, and i was still charged for this awful work. Thanks to Blanc i now can throw this belt, which i spend 350 for and never had a chance to wear! If you care about your items, especially if they are expensive I wouldnt recommend this place.
